Due to high demand and sold-out weekly Foundations classes, we're introducing four monthly Foundations Intensives - an alternative way to train Brazilian Zouk Foundations for dancers ready to deepen their skills.
The Foundations are where Brazilian Zouk starts to feel comfortable, controlled, playful, and free ❤️
What to expect:
✨ Footwork, weight transfers, turning techniques & versatility
✨ Key concepts: torsion, relaxed frame, elasticity, connection
✨ Body movements (undulations & isolations)
✨ Fundamental linear & circular headmovements
Foundations does not mean easy. Simple does not mean basic.
Join all four, or individual intensives.

WHO SHOULD JOIN:
✅ Dancers who completed Brazilian Zouk Essentials
✅ Zouk dancers wanting to deepen Foundations
✅ Bachata/couple dancers with Zouk fundamentals
❌ Not suitable for complete beginners
