By signing up to this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions for participation in the workshop:

1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that this workshop involves the use of hand and/or power tools, woodworking materials, soil, and plants. I acknowledge that participation carries inherent risks, including but not limited to cuts, splinters, minor injuries, allergic reactions, or other unforeseen hazards. I voluntarily assume all such risks.

2. Health and Safety Compliance
I agree to follow all safety instructions provided by workshop facilitators and to use tools and equipment responsibly. I understand that failure to follow safety guidance may result in my removal from the workshop.

3. Supervision of Minors
Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied and supervised at all times by a responsible adult (parent or guardian). The supervising adult accepts full responsibility for the minor’s safety and conduct.

4. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release and hold harmless the workshop organisers, including Native and The Conservation Volunteers, their staff, volunteers, and affiliates, from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during or as a result of my participation in the workshop.

5. Personal Responsibility
I confirm that I am physically able to participate in the activities involved and will act responsibly to ensure my own safety and the safety of others.

6. Photography and Media (Optional Clause)
I consent to photographs or videos being taken during the workshop for promotional or educational purposes.

7. Agreement
By signing up, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this waiver.
