If you have shipped AI-built code, some of what you see will be uncomfortable.
The live audit
We take a real codebase, submitted in advance by an attendee, and run a preliminary security and architecture audit on stage. No rehearsal. No cherry-picking. This is the same audit we run for paying clients, and you will see the kinds of problems that hide in plain sight in codebases that look perfectly functional from the outside.
How to build smarter
We are not anti-AI. We use these tools in our own work every day. The difference is knowing how to use them well rather than using them blind. You will leave with the techniques we wish every client had known before they called us: how to prompt more safely, how to review AI output before it becomes a liability, and how to know exactly when a problem is beyond what the tools can handle.
