About this Event

is the Puget Sound Regional Council’s (PSRC) new housing platform designed to provide equitable access to localized housing data and support faster, better-informed decisions across the development community.

Bringing together regional zoning data, a developable land inventory, feasibility analysis, and parcel-level housing projections, the tool empowers practitioners across King, Kitsap, Pierce, and Snohomish counties to identify sites, inform policy, and streamline development.

What to Expect:

Whether you are evaluating sites for affordable housing, preparing legislative testimony, or conducting market research, this workshop will help you:

• Learn about the Tool: Learn directly from the tool’s creators how to navigate soft-site filters, zoning overlays, and localized feasibility data.
• Test Real-World Scenarios: Walk through a collaborative tabletop game using real regional data to practice utilizing the tool in housing development.
• Cross-Sector Networking: Build direct working relationships with regional peers, elected officials, local planners, housing staff, and developers.

Venue Accessibility: The event will be held at the Everett Municipal Building in the 5th Floor Conference Room located at 2930 Wetmore Ave., Everett, WA 98201.

Restrooms: Restrooms are located near the conference room. Each restroom has an accessible stall.

Plain Language: We strive to use plain language in all our communications and presentations to ensure everyone can understand the information.

Parking and Transportation: We suggest parking at the Snohomish County underground paid parking at 3010 Oakes Ave, Everett, WA 98201, as shown on the map.

Entrance

Floors 1 and 2 are open to the public during posted business hours and provide access to customer service functions, including Permit Services, Utility Billing, and the City Clerk’s Office.

Access to the 5th Floor requires a City of Everett identification badge for access. There will be staff available to bring you up to the 5th Floor Conference Room.
