Join the Queer Stability 6-Week Hybrid Cohort!
Starting on July 14th for a 6 workshop series in the months of July and August 2026.
Please note: the dates for the workshops are July 14, July 16, July 28, July 30, August 4, August 6 and a social on August 14th.
Time: This will be from 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM on each of these dates.

With the support of BECU we are able to offer this programming for reduced rates to participants who are entrepreneurs that are just starting out and to creatives and other folks who may need this information but have limited funds to participate.
Hybrid / In person: This is a hybrid event that will have a virtual option for login. Most of the work will be in the physical room and in-person attendance is requested to get the most out of the cohort.

Week 1: Naming Stability + Founder Self - Concept
Topic: Orientation, cohort grounding, and defining what stability means personally and professionally.
Mindset Focus: “I am allowed to build something that supports me.” / “I want to build something that supports me.”
Tactical Focus: Participants assess where they are now across business clarity, money, capacity, visibility, systems, and support.
Activities:
- Stability Snapshot assessment
- “Who am I becoming?” self-concept worksheet
- Personal 6-week cohort goal
Takeaway: Each participant leaves with a defined stability goal and a written identity statement for the kind of founder, creative, or leader they are becoming.
Week 2: Clarifying the Offer + Ideal Client
Topic: Defining what participants actually offer, who it serves, and why it matters.
Mindset Focus: “Clear is kind. Clear is sellable.”
Tactical Focus: Offer clarity, audience definition, customer problem, transformation, and market fit.
Activities:
- Offer Clarity Canvas
- Ideal Client / Community Need Map
- One-paragraph offer description
Takeaway: Participants leave with a clear description of their offer, who it is for, what problem it solves, and why someone would say yes.
Week 3: Brand Message, Visibility + Human Marketing
Topic: Turning lived experience, values, expertise, and community connection into messaging and outreach.
Mindset Focus: “I can be visible without overexposing myself.”
Tactical Focus: Brand story, elevator pitch, content pillars, referral language, and simple outreach strategy.
Activities:
- 30-second introduction
- Brand story draft
- 30-day marketing map
- Three content or outreach prompts
Takeaway: Participants leave with updated language for networking, social media, websites, grant applications, or community introductions.
Week 4: Money, Pricing + Financial Self-Trust
Topic: Building comfort with revenue, pricing, asking, and financial decision-making.
Mindset Focus: “My work has value, and I can build financial clarity without shame.”
Tactical Focus: Pricing models, monthly revenue goals, breakeven basics, expense awareness, and money confidence.
Activities:
- Revenue Reality Worksheet
- Pricing review
- Monthly income goal exercise
- “What do I need to believe to charge this?” reflection
Takeaway: Participants leave with a basic revenue target, clearer pricing, and one financial action step to strengthen stability.
Week 5: Systems, Sales + Support Structures
Topic: Creating repeatable processes that reduce chaos and help participants move opportunities forward.
Mindset Focus: “I do not have to hold everything in my head.”
Tactical Focus:Client intake, follow-up, scheduling, payments, proposals, basic contracts, and relationship-based sales.
Activities:
- Inquiry-to-payment workflow map
- Follow-up script writing
- Sales conversation roleplay
- Support ecosystem map
Takeaway: Participants leave with one documented workflow, one follow-up script, and a list of strategic relationships or support needs.
Week 6: 90-Day Stability Plan
Topic: Turning the cohort into a practical implementation plan.
Mindset Focus: “I can be witnessed in my growth and take action from where I am.”
Tactical Focus: Goal-setting, milestones, accountability, next steps, and presenting the work clearly.
Activities:
- 90-Day Stability Plan
- 3-minute participant share-out
- Peer feedback
- Commitment statement
Takeaway: Participants leave with a 90-day roadmap that includes priorities, weekly actions, revenue goals, marketing steps, and support needs.
