BUILD BETTER KNEES: Reduce Pain, Build Strength, and Stay ActiveKnee pain changes how you move, how steady you feel, increases your risk of falling, and cuts down on the activities you enjoy. Even a few steps can start to feel like climbing a mountain.
But did you know that most knee problems don’t actually start at the knee?
This 4-week series is designed to help you rebuild strength and stability by addressing the real drivers of knee pain—how your hips, knees, and ankles work together as a system.
Each week, you’ll focus on the key pieces that support healthy knee function:
* Strength where you actually need it (not just around the knee)
* Better alignment and control during everyday movements
* Improved mobility in the hips and ankles
* Patterns that reduce strain and protect your joints
You’ll learn how to move in a way that supports your knees, rather than aggravates them—so you can get back to playing golf, tennis, gardening, dancing, or just being able to go up and down a flight of stairs.
This is a progressive, intentional approach to building a stronger, more resilient lower body.
Perfect for anyone with current knee pain, a history of knee issues, or a desire to stay active for the long haul.
