Join Aurora (and Jaxon too!) as we go through the steps of how to build a Chelsea-sized Barbie Princess doll cake!
Although this cake is a smaller version of the full sized Barbie doll cake, the steps are very similar (and will be discussed) to a full-size doll cake and more manageable for our younger or less experienced students who want to have fun decorating a finished Princess doll cake :D

Suggested Age: Any age can make this cake – my 3 year old has made one before!
Cost: $116 - any Matsu Central student can take this class

What will I learn?!
 How to stack, frost, and lay fondant on a cake
 How to build a Chelsea/Barbie doll Princess cake
 How to roll fondant and techniques for using various cutters/sprinkles to decorate a fondant cake

What will I take home?!
 The Princess Doll cake is yours to take home and show off!
 The Chelsea doll in the cake is yours to wash and keep
 Instructions and knowledge on how to recreate a similar cake again in the future!
