Build a Terrarium Jar with Julie
Terrariums are designed to be low-maintenance, self-sustaining ecosystems that make beautiful additions to homes or offices. They thrive in bright, indirect light and require only occasional care. Check periodically for any brown or dead leaves and remove them as needed to keep your terrarium healthy and attractive. Some condensation may form on the glass, especially near the top; this is normal and can be gently wiped away if desired.
Note: the plant is commonly called a Fittonia (nerve plant). A terrarium is generally "low-maintenance" rather than completely self-sustaining, since occasional monitoring and light maintenance are still needed.
Cost is $30 and workshop is limited to 6 participants.
