Squat national record holder and Nike Trainer Daniele Mendoza will be taking you through a workshop designed to help you build a stronger, more efficient squat through improved mobility, bracing and technique.
In this practical workshop, you'll learn:
- The key mobility exercises for ankles, hips and the often overlooked shoulders to help your set up feel strong and getting to depth feel smooth.
- Bracing technique for a confident and heavy squat
