About this Event
Many people think of the “core” as just the abdominal muscles, but true core strength comes from a deeper system of muscles that work together to support your spine, breathing, posture, and movement.
Your deep core system includes the diaphragm, pelvic floor, transverse abdominis, and spinal stabilizers. When these muscles work together properly, they help create stability, protect the spine, and improve the way your body moves.
In this workshop, we’ll explore how these muscles function as a system and how simple techniques can improve core stability, posture, balance, and body awareness.
This educational movement workshop is designed to help you better understand your body and learn practical tools you can apply in daily life and exercise.
