Jen Hughes Hernandez is a Senior Loan Officer at Legacy Mutual Mortgage with more than 30 years of experience in the residential mortgage industry. She has helped more than 4,800 families finance their homes while building her entire business through referrals, relationships, and exceptional service.
From 2012 to 2022, Jen also served as a CORE Coach, personally coaching more than 230 top-producing lending teams. Through her coaching, she helped high-performing professionals implement the systems, delegation strategies, and leadership frameworks needed to scale sustainable businesses—many of whom doubled their production.
