Time: 6:30-9:30 PM

Want to learn about a ceramicist’s unique approach to their craft, while trying your hand at creating your own clay vessel? Join us for a night of learning how to use the pottery wheel – absolutely no experience is required for this fun, hands-on night working with clay.
Effective September 2024, Build A Bowl workshop fees will include firing and glazing for a maximum of two bowls per student. Bowls selected for firing must be structurally sound, meaning that there are no holes in the vessel and walls are neither too heavy or too thin to withstand firing. Additional bowls may be fired and glazed at a cost of $10 per bowl provided these also meet the technical requirements for a finished bowl.
When attending any of our public programs please consider bringing non-perishable food and hygiene products to donate to the Burlington Food Bank. Like so many communities, Burlington has seen an alarming 20% increase in the need for assistance with groceries over the last year. We are collecting community contributions to support the food bank’s efforts in meeting the growing demand for food security.
