Build-a-Boob Pot Pottery Workshop
About this Event
This event is the tits! Join us for a Build-a-Boob Pot Pottery Workshop and get creative with your bad self.
In this inclusive, beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll handbuild a personalized boob pot or mug — embracing all the details that make bodies unique. Go on, add that body hair, wobbly bits, tattoos, piercings and stretch marks, that make you, you. Want to add your freckles or your tattoo? Pick a paint color to add your accent.
Your ticket includes:
- Hands-On Instruction: A relaxed, hands-on pottery workshop guided by an experienced host.
- Pottery 101: Learn to hand-build your own boob pot with simple clay techniques like pinch pots and coils. Our host will guide you through sculpting your pot, then give you the freedom to design a one-of-a-kind, food-safe + waterproof piece.
- Painting 101: Want to add your freckles or your tattoo? Pick a paint color to add your accent. Our host will explain a bit about underglazing and glazing pottery to get you started.
- All Supplies Provided: We have the clay, tools, ceramic paints and other materials to make and decorate your pottery — you just bring yourself.
- Glazing + Kiln Firing: Our team will glaze + kiln-fire one of your pottery pieces in clear so it is glossy, durable, waterproof & food-safe. Pieces will be ready for pickup in 6-8 weeks. Shipping is available as an add-on for purchase.
- Beginner-Friendly Vibes: Laid-back, no-pressure energy perfect for first-timers, solo guests, and friend groups alike.
- Feel-Good Energy: Enjoy a welcoming, community-centered experience hosted at unique local spots — from breweries to plant shops and cozy cafés — that make the experience feel extra special.
How Ceramic Clay Upgrades work:
You must submit this digital form after your workshop to ensure you receive your pieces back (don't worry - we'll send this to you via email after your workshop). Here, you will indicate whether you want clear or white glaze for your piece. If we have not received a form submission within 30 days of your workshop, your piece(s) will be recycled.
Your piece(s) will be collected by our host after the workshop and returned to our headquarters in Needham MA where they will be carefully hand-glazed and fired by our studio professionals. Your pieces will be processed and shipped back to you after the glazing/firing process is complete in 6-8 weeks.
