One day camps!
This is perfect for those with friends or family in town on vacation! Any age can join any time that works for your crew! If you are coming alone, that's ok too, you will be sure to make friends at Art Camp! Join AM or PM or BOTH for an all day camp! Each session will be different!

Monday, June 29: Sculpture Day
10am - 1pm: Flying Bug Sculpture
2-5pm: Mixed Media Bug Sculptures
In the morning, campers will design and create hanging sculptures of flying bugs using a variety of mixed-media materials. In the afternoon, they’ll build imaginative mixed media bug sculptures using recycled materials.

Tuesday, June 30: Hand-Stitching Day
10am - 1pm: Handsewing Bugs
2-5pm: Bug Embroidery
In the morning, campers will learn basic hand-sewing skills as they design and create adorable felt bugs. In the afternoon, they’ll learn basic hand-sewing skills as they stitch an embroidered bug design onto a fly swatter.

Wednesday, July 1: Printmaking Day
10am - 1pm: Carving Critters
2-5pm: Slithering & Squishy
In the morning, campers will learn basic stamp carving skills as they design and create reusable foam stamps. In the afternoon, we will use different materials to create snakes or slug trails as we learn how to use a gelli plates for multi-layered painted prints.

Thursday, July 2: Painting Day
10am - 1pm: Eric Carle style
2-5pm: Fuzzy Bees
In the morning, campers will learn how Eric Carle painted papers and then used them to create the hungry caterpillar turning into a butterfly with collage. In the afternoon, we will do a step by step painting with in-depth instruction on color mixing and texture making while painting a large bee on a canvas with easels.
