Bug Pinning & Display Class: Beginner - May 2026

If you're brand new to bug pinning or just want a fun insect-themed way to spend an afternoon, this class is for you! Come hang out at Bones In Jars, learn how to pin bugs, and display them in unique, creative ways! There will be various beetles to choose from as well as decorations to display them with!

This event is offered twice on separate days (Saturday, May 16th & Sunday, May 17th ), both 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM in the Bones In Jars Storefront-Studio. Please make sure to select the desired date upon purchase!

Ticket Sales End the day before the first event (Friday, May 15th)

• $25 Per Person (Bones In Jars does absorb fees but the price will be slightly more after tax).
• Each participant will receive 1 bug for pinning, one small piece of foam for pinning on, one display, and various mosses, dried flowers, & accessories to choose from for decorating.
• Each participant will get to keep the display they create, but all supplies (pins not still in the bug, forceps, & glue) used for the project must remain at Bones In Jars.
• All ages are welcome, but an adult must accompany those 10 and under.
• No Refunds
