There will be 10 spots for early access booth sales at $250 each to have access to booth sales earlier than the rest!

Early access sales start 7/7/26 at 11am.

Booths go on sale 7/8/26 at 11am.

T icket sales for BuffCon Guest Admission 8/19/26 at 11am.

A Booth

• Size: 20' x10'
• Price: $1,550 + fees
• No tables, chairs, or linens are provided.
• 4 Complimentary Tickets, please add 4 vendor tickets to order. Vendors must be registered by 9/22/26 or additional ticket purchase will be required on site.
• Food and Beverage will be on site.

B Booth

• Size: 10' x10'
• Price: $950 + fees
• No tables, chairs, or linens are provided.
• 2 Complimentary Tickets, please add 2 vendor tickets to order. Vendors must be registered by 9/22/26 or additional ticket purchase will be required on site.
• Food and Beverage will be on site.

• Manufacturer's reps and multi-line reps are limited to the purchase of only ONE booth or table during booth sales. No exceptions will be made to this policy.
• Power is not guaranteed at booth locations.
• The space is air conditioned.
• Set up will be the morning of the event from 8am-3pm. Setup will not be allowed after 3pm. Event breakdown after 8pm.
• Parking is provided onsite.
• All booth sales final. No exceptions.
