For our August gathering, the ICC Barrel Aged Society turns its attention to one of the most influential names in American whiskey: Buffalo Trace Distillery. With more than 200 years of whiskey-making history, Buffalo Trace has earned a reputation for producing some of the most sought-after bourbons in the world while honoring time-tested traditions and continuous innovation.
This session is designed to help members better understand what makes Buffalo Trace bourbons so respected through education, guided tasting, and conversation.
