Cameron Shayne has been a major shaper of the modern Yoga culture since the early 90’s. He and Melayne Shayne have been leading influencers with their Budokon Yoga practice and philosophy worldwide.

The Budokon practice is powerful and transformative. During the 1.5 hour masterclass, the Shaynes will break down and dissect elements of the Budokon Yoga Series. Combining strong and circular sequences of yogic asanas, martial arts transitions, animal locomotion to increase your muscular strength, body control and stability, agility, mobility and the cultivation of pure witness state zen mind.
