Let's try something new for our holistic wellness in a peaceful Buddhist setting. On May 1, we will offer a sound bath session for your mindfulness and inner-peace at the . Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of Japanese Buddhist bells, a tongue drum, and a low-frequency chant as you let go of stress and tension. No experience necessary, just bring yourself and an open mind.
