Buddhist Meditation Retreat

Buddhist Meditation Retreat Jan 17th – 20th at Odiyana Center Glastonbury. The stages of the path (Lamrim) is a special set of teachings that includes all of the essential teachings of Buddha. Each session includes guided meditations and teachings including on Impermanence Karma The Kindness of Others and Compassion. Open to all. This retreat is an incredible introduction to those interested in Buddhist meditation. Attend one or as many sessions as you wish.
