For those interested in the teachings of Buddhism and how to apply Buddhist concepts in our everyday lives. Meetings include a meditation session followed by a discussion of a topic chosen by the group. Discussion is not limited to the Buddha and Buddhist teachings but may also include work from authors using Buddhist concepts in their writings.
The group meets in the Meditation Room on the 2nd floor from 7 PM to 9 PM on the second Monday of the month.
