There are many schools and traditions of Buddhism. Within those traditions are basic principles and wisdom teachings that serve as a guide for skillful living. Along with the teachings of Buddhism, meditation is a core practice. Each session will begin with a period of silent meditation, followed by a brief discussion of Buddhist teachings and personal reflection.
Suggested donation of $5 benefits the Franciscan Spirituality Center.
