A koncerten a Budapest Jazz Orchestra előadásában Mester Dániel hangszerelései és szerzeményei fognak elhangzani Oláh Krisztián vendégszólista közreműködésével. Mester Dániel pesti jazz-tanszakos évei után az amszterdami konzervatórium jazz-szaxofon illetve film-zene szakán diplomázott. Olyan előadóknak és zenekaroknak hangszerelt illetve komponált, mint a Metropole Orkest, Karsu Dönmez, Modern Art Orchestra, Miklósi Erika, Tóth Vera, Fourbones Quartet, BrothersBe, Pannonia Allstars Ska Orchestra. „ Mikszáth, Vargas Llosa, Marquez könyveit nem tudom letenni, és sorozatfüggő is vagyok. Szomjazom a lebilincselő történetekre és a lebilincselő történetmesélésre. Zeneszerzés közben is talán valami hasonlóra törekszem. A koncerten Oláh Krisztián lesz segítségemre a lebilincselésre való kísérletben.”

Compositions and arrangements of Daniel Mester will be performed by the Budapest Jazz Orchestra featuring the young talent, Krisztián Oláh on piano. Daniel has arranged or composed for among others the Metropole Orkest, Karsu Dönmez, Modern Art Orchestra, Miklósi Erika, Tóth Vera, Fourbones Quartet, BrothersBe, Pannonia Allstars Ska Orchestra.
„I cannot put down the books of Mikszáth, Vargas Llosa, Marquez once I start reading them and I am a series addict too. I crave for captivating stories and storytelling. I guess I aim for something similar in my music. With the Budapest Jazz Orchestra we will have the wonderful Krisztián Oláh helping me to achieve those aims.”
