Bucket of Joy Workshop

We all need more joy in our lives so why not have a bucket of personalized joy available to you at all times?

In this Bucket of Joy workshop, Melissa will guide you through a few exercises to get in touch with your personal joy. We’ll spend some time decorating buckets and start filling them with little moments of joy! After two fun hours, you'll have your very own bucket to use every single day to inject joy into your day.

Buckets and supplies will be provided but if you have a bucket (or box or jar, etc.) that you’d like to use, feel free to bring it. Melissa will have paints, stickers, pompoms, ribbon, and more things to make your bucket of joy extra fun.
