Buck & Doe's Charcuterie Workshop

Join us for a festive Holiday Charcuterie workshop. You will learn from a professional on how to cut and style cheese, make a beautiful salami rose, river and use a pairing knife to style fruits. You will be provided with your own cutting board, gloves, bamboo Charcuterie board, food to assemble and box to take your beautiful board home in. Refreshments, adult beverages, trivia and door prizes provided.
