Location
Sala Gloria – Strada Bucovina 6, București, Sector 3, Romania. The hall is located in near the Titan Park.
Competitor Admission
The final number of candidates admitted to the rounds may be adjusted—either increased or decreased—based on the number of invited applicants, as determined by the Jury.
Winners’ Award Gala Concert
The dress rehearsals and Competition’s Awards Gala Concert have the top three winning conductors leading the Bucharest Symphony Orchestra at the Romanian Athenaeum, located at Strada Benjamin Franklin 1, București, Romania.
Application
The application fee is €50. All applicants will undergo a selection process based on the video they submit, which will be evaluated by the Jury.
The Jury’s decision is final, and no appeals will be accepted.
If you are participating in both the Masterclass and the Competition, only one application fee will be required.
Candidates are assigned in few days after the application, a personal, non-identifiable code to check their application status at https://conducting.academy/live-application-status/.
Applicants with the status “Awaiting Application Proof of Payment” or “Awaiting Proof of Payment” must proceed to pay the selected package fee and email the proof of payment in PDF format to [email protected].

Audio/video recording on phones or other equipments are not allowed in the competition. An official copy of your Competition performance can be provided for €50, payable in Bucharest.
