The Buc Days VEX IQ Competition presented by Valero brings together Elementary students (Grades K–5) to compete in a fun, fast-paced robotics tournament that challenges their STEM knowledge, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.This competition gives young innovators the chance to build robots, use graphical programming, and solve engaging challenges while developing spatial reasoning, persistence, and confidence.
$5,000 in total prize money will be awarded to the top teams.
Located in the Henry Garrett Ballroom at the Hilliard Center, this event will take place Thursday, April 30th, 2026, followed by an award ceremony.
Registration is $75 per team and will close on April 1.
