Bubbles & Brunch - A Sparkling Wine Tasting Experience

Winestein's Tasting Room is a wine bar, retail store and event venue in Historic Grapevine, TX -- the wine culture capital of Texas. Our tasting experiences are entertaining & educational -- making wine approachable, answering your questions and encouraging exploration of the wide world of wine. When you drink with Winestein's, you'll feel like a genius!

During the Bubbles & Brunch tasting experience, you will explore sparkling wine from around the world while enjoying a seasonal brunch grazing board*. You’ll learn about the methods of making sparking wine and the different types of sparklers, including:
• Champagne - the average bottle of Champagne has 20 million bubbles, learn about how they get there
• Prosecco - the Italian cousin of sparklers, why it’s both cost effective and getting classier as of late
• Cava - made like Champagne but from Spain, learn what makes Cava perfect for your siesta
• Crémant - sparkling wine from France that isn’t Champagne
• New World Sparklers - winemakers all over the world are jumping on the sparkling train. Taste an upcoming region or two.
*Brunch boards typically include a variety of pastries & Danishes, fresh fruit & vegetables, cheese & cured meats, dips & house recipe crackers. We partner with local suppliers where ever possible and boards will vary based on seasonal availability.
