Begin your morning with a light brunch and our elevated mimosa experience.

Craft your own signature mimosa at our Panacea Bubbly Pairing Bar. Choose from a curated assortment of fresh natural juices and seasonal berries to pair with our signature champagne, and create a blend that is uniquely your own.

8:30-10:30 AM: Spa Amenities Experience (1.5-2 hours)

Relax and explore Panacea’s luxurious spa amenities, including elegant locker rooms with Himalayan Salt Saunas and a co-ed wet retreat area* featuring a Eucalyptus Steam Room, Cold Plunge Pool, and Hot Hydrotherapy Pool. Between experiences, unwind in the serenity of our shared relaxation lounge. Together, these thoughtfully designed spaces support circulation, detoxification, muscle recovery, and nervous system relaxation.

10:45 AM–11:30 AM: Immersive Sound Bath Journey

Close the morning with a deeply restorative sound bath experience with “hOm."

The experience includes:

• 30-minute immersive sound bath
• Brief introduction to sound healing

Sound baths use resonant frequencies and healing crystals to help shift the nervous system into a calmer state, supporting stress relief, mental clarity, and deep relaxation.
