Bubbles & Chips: All Rosé Edition is a guided sparkling wine tasting built around one of the most underrated wine categories out there — and a snack pairing that makes more sense than it sounds.

Over the course of the evening, you'll taste four distinct styles of rosé sparkling wine, each paired with a specific chip chosen to highlight what's in your glass. From a traditional-method Cava Rosé from Spain to a cloudy, funky Pét-Nat Rosé — these are four completely different wines that happen to share a color.

What to expect:

• Guided tasting notes for each wine — where it's from, how it's made, and what makes it distinct
• The reasoning behind each chip pairing, explained as you go
• Top-offs of your favorites at the close of the evening
• A relaxed, conversational atmosphere — questions are genuinely encouraged
• Hosted in my home, the event should feel comfortable, casual and welcoming.

Your host is a passionate enthusiast, not a sommelier — which means the evening is guided by genuine curiosity and careful research rather than formal credentials. The pairings are intentional, the information is real, and the Fritos are not a joke.
