Bubbles & Chips: Classic Edition is a guided sparkling wine tasting built around four distinct styles of bubbles — and a snack pairing that makes a lot more sense than it sounds.

Over the course of the evening, you'll taste four sparkling wines from four different regions, each paired with a specific chip chosen to bring out what's in your glass. From a traditional-method Crémant de Loire from France to a DOCG Prosecco Superiore from the UNESCO-protected hillsides of Valdobbiadene — these are four completely different wines that happen to share a love of bubbles.

What to expect:

• Guided tasting notes for each wine — where it's from, how it's made, and what makes it distinct
• The reasoning behind each chip pairing, explained as you go
• Top-offs of your favorites at the close of the evening
• A relaxed, conversational atmosphere — questions are genuinely encouraged
• Hosted in my home, the event should feel comfortable, casual and welcoming.

Your host is a passionate enthusiast, not a sommelier — which means the evening is guided by genuine curiosity and careful research rather than formal credentials. The pairings are intentional, the information is real, and the lime tortilla chips are not a joke.
