About this Event

Join Bigger Than Us (BTU) for the inaugural BTU Blue Ribbon Celebrity Flag Football Classic on July 11, 2026, at Bishop D’Arcy Stadium in Fort Wayne.

This family-friendly event honors the legacy of Brian Palmer-Tate, a beloved BTU board member who passed away from colon cancer. Through football, entertainment, community engagement, and awareness, we are coming together to create something bigger than a game.

The event will feature a celebrity flag football game, athletes and influencers, meet-and-greets, live entertainment, food trucks, vendors, youth activities, and colon cancer awareness initiatives.


Proceeds will support the Brian Palmer-Tate Legacy Fund, BTU sustainability and community programming, and colon cancer awareness and prevention efforts.
