⏰ SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
? 4:00pm-4:15pm: Check in
? 4:15pm-4:30pm: Boarding
- All guests will receive a gift from the AWT Team

? 4:30pm-6:30pm: Trolley Day Party through NYC
- 100% BTS Music
- Dance Party

Please arrive EARLY to ensure timely boarding on the trolley! Be mindful of public transportation and weekend traffic. We are leaving at 4:30pm SHARP and unable to wait for anyone running late.
Event is BYOB. We will provide guests with water, cups, and light snacks. Please keep in mind the trolley will be in motion for 2 hours. This is NOT recommended for those who are prone to motion sickness.
All are encouraged to wear their best Hobicore fits!

Upon registering, you agree to the following:
All guests are REQUIRED to show proof of vaccination upon checking in with the ARMYs who Travel team. Negative COVID-19 tests WILL NOT be accepted.
All attendees must be masked unless eating or drinking while social distancing. Those who do not will be asked to board off the trolley immediately.
If you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to anyone with or suspected to have COVID-19 or symptoms of any illness, please stay home for the safety of others.
We are strictly enforcing that guests must be 21 or over to participate in this event. Anyone under the age of 21 will not be included even if they register and show up at the venue.
Ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you accept responsibility for finding a replacement & transfering your ticket.
All guests must be kind and respectful to the event staff and all ARMY they meet.
