Jurga Žilinskienė MBE is a business owner, coder and Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Sheffield Hallam University. She is the founder and CEO of Guildhawk, a Queen’s Award-winning technology and translation company that creates revolutionary software to unite the world through language.

Throughout the pandemic, Jurga and her Guildhawk teams have been introducing amazing multilingual avatars and powerful AI to give their global clients remarkable digital offers to flourish in the sensational world of the metaverse. Clients include Sony Pictures, TikTok and Mitsubishi.

A champion for young coders, ethical practices and international trade, Jurga has challenged governments and businesses to create better opportunities. 10 Downing Street, Chatham House and other institutions have invited her to help develop programs and set standards that enable leaders to improve how we live and work.
