Awaken your powerhouse and ground your energy under the Stadshal with a Spicy Pilates session led by Lauren from Journey of Yoga. Throughout this 50-minute class, we focus on building strength through intentional movement that connects you from feet to spine. It is a fun challenge, where the intensity of the workout meets the shared spirit of a community coming together to celebrate International Women’s Day.
The experience is elevated by the driving, feel-good grooves of Nathan Fix. A definitive force in the Belgian house and techno scene with a reputation built at Kompass and Tomorrowland, Nathan brings a dancefloor-driven pulse to the mat. His sound provides a sophisticated backdrop of control and momentum, helping you stay with your breath and find that extra push when the burn kicks in.

Disco Déjeuner is an open-air brunch with fresh food, set to funky disco and house tunes. People eat, chat and slip into small dances as the day unfolds, with plenty of room to take it at your own pace. Good food, a steady groove and a space where it’s easy to be yourself, meet others or sit back and enjoy the afternoon.
Kat & Poodle play a mix of feel-good grooves and house gems. Their sets move with the meal, slowly shifting the mood from shared tables to a gentle dancefloor rhythm. They keep it warm and grounded, tuned in as people eat, sip and settle into the day.
Gloria takes over with a higher-energy run of funk, soulful house and Italo disco. Her sound nods to disco’s legacy and her Italian roots, shaped through sets at venues like Mirano and The Hoxton. Most recently, she opened for The Magician at the Botanique, further establishing her ability to command an open-air audience.
Brunch is served alongside the sets. On the menu:

In 2024, she teamed up with DJ 22heures30 to launch Coochie Club, a groundbreaking women-only concept that’s redefining nightlife. With her unique style and boundless creativity, Zoey Hasselbank is a full fledged movement.
To keep the energy unmatched, we’ve invited 𝗡𝗶𝗺𝗯𝗮𝗵 𝗡𝗮𝘆𝗲, 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗲 and 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲 to join the lineup. Together, these four queens masterfully weave heavy percussion into modern Latina rhythms, creating a soulful, driving atmosphere perfect for the night.
