BTAC + PVW Dinner

THE BALLARD CUT is excited to announce our 2022 BTAC Whiskey Dinner featuring pours from this years BTAC release and Pappy Van Winkle Collection. The evening will feature four courses of food and drink pairings and a whiskey flight interlude.

Whiskeys that will be poured for the event include:

George T. Stagg, Thomas H. Handy, Old Rip Van Winkle 10, Pappy Van Winkle 15, and Pappy Van Winkle 20.

There will be 3 seating times for this dinner: 6:00 PM, 6:30 PM (Bar Only), and 7 PM please expect the dinner to take 3 hours to move through all of the courses.

1. The total price of the event is $500 dollars. This includes the $75 purchase of this ticket and a $425 charge on the day of; which will allow for gratuity to be left for our staff.

This ticket for the event covers the coursed pairings of food and whiskey. Gratuity is NOT included. You are welcome to purchase additional cocktails, whiskey, etc. day of which will be added to the $425 charge.

2. Tickets are sold as tables for 2 or bar seating only.

FOR TABLES: You will only be able purchase exactly two tickets per order. You may make multiple orders, but will need to go through the process multiple times.

* If you would like to combine tables to form a table of 2, 4, or 6 with other guests please email [email protected] with the last names on the tickets.

* The option to combine tables is available in a limited quantity on a first come, first serve basis.

* If tickets are at separate times you may still combine tables, but The Ballard Cut will determine which time you will be seated.

* There are a limited number of add-on tickets should you wish to add an additional chair to your table. Please email [email protected] to inquire about this option.

FOR BAR SEATING: You may purchase any number of tickets including single seats.

* This is the only option for solo ticket purchases.

* Please do not purchase a single ticket at the bar in the attempt to add a seat to a table. You will be charged for both the seat at the bar and the additional seat at the table.

3. All ticket sales are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to sell your ticket(s) should you be unable to attend the dinner.
