The Black Student Union proudly invites the FIT community and honored guests to Cultural Explosion 2026: SOUL – The Legacy

Join us on March 26th at the Haft Theater for an unforgettable evening celebrating Black culture, creativity, and legacy through powerful performances, storytelling, and artistic expression.

This exclusive cultural explosion features four exceptional qualities. 

• Performances in music, movement, literature, reenactments, and archival clips.
• Cultural expression and innovation from designers, styling, and beauty teams

• Live interludes by the Trap Music Orchestra & Diva Davanna.

The Black Student Union at FIT is known to serve as a vital campus organization for Black and BIPOC students, providing a safe space among students whose identity or identities are linked to the experiences of the African Diaspora to build lasting relationships, foster community, and merge cultural awareness with empowerment. The 2026 cultural explosion highlights Cultural Explosion, celebrating Black liberation through art, movement, and voice.
