About this Event
SAVE THE DATE: Research and Development Showcase 2026
Join us on Wednesday 4th March at the Midlands Art Centre, Birmingham for a celebration of research within Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health Foundation NHS Trust (BSMHFT), the people, and services behind it.
The Research and Development team of BSMHFT has expanded and have been working determinedly since our last showcase on an impressive portfolio of studies, including but not limited to: Huntington’s Disease, Dementia, Children and Young People, Mood Disorders; including Ketamine and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation clinics. We continue to develop strong collaborations within and outside of the Trust to ensure our service users, carers and staff are given the opportunity to take part in and benefit from the very best, quality research.
At this event, you will have the opportunity to hear from our excellent researchers as they share their work, their latest findings and results and the impact the work had, and you’ll find out how you could benefit from being involved in research.
You will also learn how you can get involved in research at all levels and contribute to shaping the future of mental health research for the communities we serve.
Finally, you will be able to meet the Research & Development team, who will be around all day to answer any questions you may have.
**The full agenda will be released in due course**
