Join us for a 5k walk at dawn starting and finishing at the cricket club to raise money (through sponsorship ) for the Samaritans and to raise awareness of mental health struggles . Afterwards we will gather for breakfast at The Holt - menu to be released nearer the time , where any friends family that cannot take part in the walk are welcome to join us .
