Join us for an uplifting afternoon designed especially for pregnant women to relax, connect, and explore creativity in a calm and nurturing environment.
Brush & Bloom, created by Bundles & Bloom CIC, is more than a painting session — it’s a space for mothers-to-be to pause, breathe, and celebrate the beautiful journey of pregnancy through mindful art, gentle conversation, and self-care.
You’ll enjoy:
• Guided painting activities focused on self-expression and relaxation
• Supportive discussions on wellbeing and motherhood
• Refreshments and a moment of calm in a welcoming community space
•A special Baby Bloom Corner where you can choose 5 baby essentials for just £3 — with all proceeds supporting future wellbeing sessions for mothers.
No art experience is needed, just bring yourself, your bump, and an open heart. All materials are provided.
