In this class we will prepare and preserve bruschetta using the water bath canning method. While this Italian staple processes we will make a small batch of La Piadina, a pan fried Italian flat bread.
We will then use the bruschetta and flat bread to create a tasty snack with herbs, cheese, and olive oil.
Each student will go home with recipes and a 8oz jar of bruschetta.
Price: $35 per person
This class is limited to a max 10 persons.
