Take a stroll down the streets of Madrid without ever leaving Florida. Each recipe will highlight the bold and delicious flavors of Spain, focusing on the vibrant cuisine of Madrid. In the class we’ll create some delicious breakfast dishes Spain is known for, including pan con tomate and huevos a la flamenca (gypsy eggs!), and we’ll finish the class with bizcocho. Enjoy complimentary mimosas, coffee, and wine during the cooking experience.Menu:
Pan con Tomate with Serrano Ham – Spanish tomato bread with Serrano
Huevos a la Flamenca – Potatoes topped with eggs, serrano, chorizo, tomatoes, and peas
Ensalada Mixta – Fresh salad of tomatoes, cucumbers, corn, artichokes, green olives, and sherry vinaigrette
Bizcocho – Apple Olive Oil Cake with a Cinnamon Crumb Topping
