Our 'bRUNch Club' #trailtherapy runs are regular Thursday morning runs on the trails of the National Forest, hosted by our friendly team of trail leaders. They are a great way to improve your fitness, de-stress and have fun in wonderful surroundings. We cover around 5-miles (8km) at a relaxed chatty pace.
We cater for all paces but we recommend that, for the running group, you are capable of completing parkrun or the equivalent distance (5km /3 miles) in around 40 mins or less.
For those not quite at that level, we have a 'RIKE' (runner's hike) group, which is aimed at those that are newer to running, looking to build confidence or coming back from injury. For this group it will be mostly hiking and talking, with short bursts of easy running when the terrain allows.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A CHANGE TO OUR USUAL VENUE ON THE 4TH THURSDAY OF THE MONTH
Rikers will start at 09:30, and runners at 09:45, so please arrive in good time to check-in and access the facilities.
We're generally back at around 11am, after which there is an opportunity to socialise over a drink and a bite, should you wish to.
The cost is £4 for an individual run or £3.50 for a 10 run plan (which can be used to book runs on the weeks you are able to come).
