Step right up to Brunch Bonanza - a delightfully absurd brunch experience packed with playful pop-up entertainment and circus-inspired cocktails and cuisine. Our staff trades aprons for circus flair, bringing the magic of the midway right to your table.
The best part? You choose how much spectacle you want. Sip, snack, and stroll through the fun at your own pace, then come back each month for our own offbeat drag brunch where SILVA's spirited staff steals the show.
Come hungry, stay curious, and expect the unexpected.
Please note, that on our Theme Nights (usually the second weekend of the month) we will be hosting Bacon & Legs Brunch - The SILVA brunch entertainment you know and love dolled up with lipstick and big ol’ lashes! Prepare for pop-up performances, drag, burlesque and our SILVA crew shaking what their momma gave them.
Notice: Bacon and Legs Brunch performances include drag and light burlesque. Though children are allowed, viewer discretion is advised.
