Brum Circle – In-Person Community Support Circle Birmingham
About this Event
Brum Circle is an in-person community support and connection circle for adults, based in Birmingham.
Offering a grounded and welcoming space to connect, reflect, share experiences, and be supported in community. The circle is open to adults who are seeking connection, reflection, personal growth, emotional wellbeing, or simply a calm space to pause and be with others.
Each session may include gentle grounding, group sharing, reflective discussion, breathwork, guided reflection, and simple wellbeing tools that participants can take into everyday life.
Brum Circle is intentionally a mixed adult group, welcoming people of all genders and identities. You do not need any prior experience — just a willingness to show up as you are.
Important: Brum Circle is not counselling, psychotherapy, clinical support, group therapy or a crisis service. It is a community support space helping people feel less alone and more connected.
Tickets are intentionally kept accessible at £5, with donation options helping support free and reduced-cost spaces for others in the community.
