Express Not Suppress and Washington Wellness Institute present Bruh’s Healing Brothers, a community town hall and panel discussion created to support healing, connection, and growth.

This event centers meaningful conversations around the experiences of Black men, including mental health, spirituality, family, culture, and community. Through open dialogue, panel discussion, and experiential activities, attendees will explore pathways toward psychospiritual restoration and stronger relationships within the home and community.

Whether you are seeking resources, community, encouragement, or a space to engage in real conversations, this gathering is open to all men, women, and families.
