This event centers meaningful conversations around the experiences of Black men, including mental health, spirituality, family, culture, and community. Through open dialogue, panel discussion, and experiential activities, attendees will explore pathways toward psychospiritual restoration and stronger relationships within the home and community.
Whether you are seeking resources, community, encouragement, or a space to engage in real conversations, this gathering is open to all men, women, and families.

Meet Our Panel
Jerome Cash, M.Ed., LPCC, EMDR, ASDCS
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer, Express Not Suppress Foundation
Jerome Cash is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), EMDR therapist, and Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS). As Co-Founder and CEO of Express Not Suppress Foundation, he is committed to expanding access to culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and neuro-affirming mental health care for underserved communities. Jerome specializes in trauma, grief, anxiety, addiction, neurodivergence, and group therapy, integrating evidence-based practices with faith, community engagement, and innovative approaches to healing that empower individuals, families, and communities to thrive.
Dr. William C. Washington, Ph.D., MA, LPCC-S, KAP, IFS
Founder, Washington Wellness Institute
Known as "Your Friendly Neighborhood Counselor, Dr. Will," Dr. William C. Washington is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor, psychedelic-assisted therapist, and founder of the Washington Wellness Institute. He specializes in trauma recovery, Internal Family Systems (IFS), experiential healing, and innovative approaches to mental wellness. Through the integration of psychology, creativity, and community engagement, Dr. Will equips individuals with practical tools for authentic healing while expanding culturally responsive mental health care.
Dorian Mahulawde, LPCC-S
Founder, Liberation Counseling
Dorian Mahulawde (Ma-ho-la-way-day) is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervision Designation (LPCC-S) and founder of Liberation Counseling in Cleveland, Ohio. Drawing from his experiences growing up between Jamaica and Cleveland, Dorian is passionate about increasing mental health awareness and reducing stigma within the Black community, particularly among men. He specializes in trauma, relationships, and emotional wellness using EMDR, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help individuals and couples heal and grow.
