This will be a fantastic opportunity to train in Bruce Lee’s fighting methods of Jeet Kune Do(JKD). This event will be exploring the aspects of JKD that makes it unique and sets itself apart in the Martial Arts world. All skill levels are welcome and I look forward to working with all of you!

Topics to be covered: Jeet Kune Do translates as “The way of the Intercepting Fist (or foot)”. We will working on the principles of interception and drills that will help develop this very effective tactic. We will also be working on energy/sensitivity and how it improves your Trapping techniques. 

My background: I have been training JKD since 1995 and began teaching as an apprentice in 2001. I received my full instructor certification in 2015.
