This piano and voice pairing featuring Bruce Hazel (Temperance League) and John William Harrell (Hectorina) is part Vegas crooner, part carnival barker and all seductive melodies.Drawing heavily from the likes of Randy Newman, Harry Nilsson, Warren Zevon, Tom Waits and Burt Bacharach, this act is an exciting new musical partnership.

The Olde Guard started as a solo project by Chris Lonon, 1/2 of indie pop band bed signs. The debut solo LP At The Lighthouse was recorded in Charlotte, NC at this Olde Studio. In 2024 the line-up has expanded to include a collection of Charlotte music scene vets, who are hard at work on a live set and more new material.
