Bruce Croxon, who co-founded Lavalife, led the company to remarkable success, later becoming a venture capitalist and TV personality on CBC’s Dragons' Den. Through community engagement as Board Member of Helping Hands Jamaica Foundation and through Founding 13th Round Fight For Life, a charity aimed at preventing problems faced by at-risk youth, Bruce is known for applying his entrepreneurial spirit to give back to his community. Currently a partner at Round13 Capital and co-host of The Disruptors, Bruce offers invaluable insights on his journey in supporting the entrepreneurial ecosystem, community involvement, leadership, innovation, and scaling businesses.

Moderated by Françoise Bertrand who after a 40-year career as a business executive, now dedicates her time to acting as a corporate director as Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Via Rail Canada.
