Join us for our 1 mile (Biggie Mile) run/walk Starting at the Corner of Fulton and Saint James Place for 9:00AM. We will take the mile towards Cuyler Gore to complete the mile around the park.

We will convene our wellness activities at 11AM with more mindful movement , yoga, pilates, boxing and more.

Whether you're looking to relax, connect, or just enjoy some fresh air, this event is all about empowering you in a supportive space.
